본 제품들은 6 position connector를 가진 CT6 이며, Prometrix (KLA / Tencor) 오 CDE resistivity mapping systems.용의 두가지의 약간다른 모델이 있습니다.  프로브의 외형은 1" diameter body, 그리고 1.6" high (25.4mm x 41mm high) , 무게는 55g.입니다.

이들 프로브는 여러 가지 타입( (A, B, C, 등)이 있으며, special close needle spacing of 20 mils이 있습니다.
